I've been a customer here for years. Was once a great pharmaceutical store. I don't know if it's new ownership or staff, but tired of prescriptions not being ready when they should be...substitution of generic drugs because of shortages. We have double insurance...yet I'm always being charged small amount and given different excuses as to why. Last time was "an increase" in dispesensing fees". Aren't customers supposed to be notified of these things? Will not be returning after 20 years, do not recommend AVOID
I've been a customer for years, and the changes happening at this store I cannot be a a part of anymore. Out of stock pharmaceuticals, substitution of generic brands...having 2 coverages and still being nicked and dimed over .50, 1.25 and 1.89 because of increases "depending" fees. Time to find another pharmacy Avoid
