Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

No, I didn't have to wait very long Does the chiropractor customize their treatment to meet the needs of your specific condition? Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

No, they never postpone my appointment Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider exaggerate his/her or abilities? No, they went above and beyond what they told me they could do

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes Did your treatments with this chiropractor eliminate your need for pain medication? Yes, I no longer need pain medication and I feel better than I've ever felt Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

I have gone to several Chiropracters since I was around 20 yrs old. The last several years I have been going to Kytchak Chiropractic Center. It is a professional and friendly practice and I have never felt uncomfortable when I'm there. I have complete trust and faith in my doctor. My husband and I both go there along with family members and friends. My doctor and his staff have always treated me with courtesy and respect .
