Okay, I have been coming to this restaurant since I was 4. It was Fujiyas at the time, then I became Nijo Castle and then Kyoto Palace. I don't know when it was, but they changed 3 things several years ago, and for that I am unable to give them 5 ***** So, the Mustard and Ginger Sauce were the same for about 35 years, even with the name change.
