The Kyoto is typical of Eureka. The service was slow and not particularly professional. The really important part is that the staff left two tables (there are only 8 or 9 tables in the restaurant) uncleaned for a good half an hour. This is unforgivable in a sushi restaurant. Cleanliness is the guarantee of safety when eating fresh fish. Therefor any laxity in this area should not be tolerated.
