I can't say anything about the doctor, because when I have the problem, I was unable to get an appointment with her. When I scheduled a appointment, it was postponed to another day without anyone telling me about it. The second time I came for an appointment, but they told me that my visit was not on that day, but on some other day 2 weeks later, although the letter from them indicated the time and date of the day when I came to them and no I never received any other letter.Nobody wants to solve the problem, the staff turns ... read more
Absolute incredible doctor-have yet to have a doctor like her. She goes above and beyond. I felt like I always had a lot of questions at the each appointment and she never rushed me and even made me feel like I was her only patient in the office. Always kept in touch when she was off/on vacation. You can tell she loves what she does and truly cares for her patients. You are in great hands with Dr. Okamura!
