I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Okamura and her team. If I could only leave one review on Google, this is the one I’d leave. She is the best doctor I have ever seen. It’s impossibly hard to go to the doctor now, because everyone I see for anything I walk out and tell my husband “fine…but not Dr, Okamura”. She’s very thorough, but not going to stress you out with anything unnecessary. She’s pragmatic, has excellent bedside manner, and is willing to answer and talk through any question. I can't say anything about the doctor, because when I have the problem, I was unable to get an appointment with her. When I scheduled a appointment, it was postponed to another day without anyone telling me about it. The second time I came for an appointment, but they told me that my visit was not on that day, but on some other day 2 weeks later, although the letter from them indicated the time and date of the day when I came to them and no I never received any other letter.Nobody wants to solve the problem, the staff turns ... read more
