Both my children are on the spectrum and we've been with Kyo for the entire duration of their ABA services. I've often heard of bad experiences with ABA companies from the insufficient hours to the constant turnover of therapists, but I myself have had a wonderful experience with them and it's been over three years. Love the program and I like how Kim works too!
We are really happy to be with same BCBA since last few years..It really helped us a lot in terms of understanding our kids needs and setting the right goals for him. Consistency is really important in order to address kids struggles.We are really lucky to have Sean as our BCBA. He is approachable and accommodating all our requests.
I am giving 5 stars for the regional director, Angela Wu, for her strong support, transparency and candidacy. Kyo’s BT training and supervision is also among the top in the Bay Area. I would suggest parent to be vigilant on the fit of BCBA and BT, and request a change. We had an unfit BCBA and it wasn’t helpful, although the BT was very good. Always YMMV on every BCBA and BT
