I am giving 5 stars for the regional director, Angela Wu, for her strong support, transparency and candidacy. Kyo’s BT training and supervision is also among the top in the Bay Area. I would suggest parent to be vigilant on the fit of BCBA and BT, and request a change. We had an unfit BCBA and it wasn’t helpful, although the BT was very good. Always YMMV on every BCBA and BT
I give it one star because they sent me a therapist who has no knowledge of autism children. I asked for the change for my child's Gösta cover and to this day a month has passed and they have not been able to find another person with experience for my child
The quality of services have decreased over time. One of my child's therapist did not turn up 3/4 of the time. The other therapist, who was good, left after a few months. Overall, the therapists were either not very good or left after some time making it difficult for my child to develop shared attention with any of the therapists. Beware of these issues before availing their services.
