Parents don't waste your time with these people! In less than a year of service we were assigned 3 different BCBAs, one of which was remote even though they promised me there wouldn't be remote care. Twice as many BTs. The turn over rate is far too often to be therapeutic. On top of that they are report happy. They will report you to child protection for an autistic kids room being what they deem as dirty and suspend service for a minimum of a week until they inspect your house.
