These people are trash. Sold me a car with a bad transmission and several unknown engine issues, said he would refund me for the down payment, then took the whole car and refused to give my money back. I will be contacting an attorney, and I do NOT recommend buying from them. Another customer pulled in directly behind me complaining about similar issues.
RecommendedI bought my 2005 Cadillac CTS from Kynetik and I have only had great service. Always treated kindly while there and had great customer service and a great car buying experience.
If you even show interest in a vehicle on this lot, the owner will not stop messaging you about it, even when you tell them "NO, you don't want the trash they offer." The owner is legitimately harassing my daughter-in-law daily. Complaints are being filed as I type this.
Had a great experience doing business here.. Would definitely do it again..And highly recommend....
