Love this place. The staff are great, friendly, and very helpful. Dr. Lambert is so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. She takes the time to discuss the details of your exam, what results may mean, and what follow-up may be needed. EXCELLENT!
At age 49, I decided to try contacts. Britani at Vision Source has been the most patient person I have worked with. From the first visit to the 5th,and still not done, she has been very professional. She really makes you feel like you are the only patient that matters at the moment. She never rushed made me or made me feel like I was a "bother". Kyle Vision Source has a rock star of a tech! Thank you the first class service. I will definitely be back for all of my eye care needs.
Greatest place I have been to. TSO has nothing compared to Kyle Vision Works EXCELENT Customer Service. Doctor was AWESOME. s Staff was the best you could ever ask for. Took great care of me but mostly what they did for my son. Without insurance they took Terrific care if him & Got him into glasses within less than an hour. He is feeling so much relief from his eye infection. Kid only wore contacts. But couldn't cause of the infection. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Excellent customer service by everyone in the office from the front desk forward. The doctors and techs spend as long as it is necessary to make sure your visit is pleasant and handled well. If they're any problems they work with you until it is resolved and maintain professionalism and friendliness. I have been coming here since 2013 and have always been pleased.
Such a great experience! I got an appointment early. I mean who gets that in today's world? The techs are great and very friendly! Excellent customer service. Definitely 5 stars
