I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. All of my questions were answered during my appointment, and the doctor seemed very knowledgeable. They were happy to answer each and every question I had in-depth. Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I didn't feel any numbness after my visit. They always take good care of me. They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted... read more

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Kyle Tetz, D.C. gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen.
