Kyle helped me sell a multi-unit rental property in Baltimore City this year. These types of properties take some in-depth knowledge and can be challenging. Kyle invested both time and advertising to make sure that we properly tested the market and sold the property for the right price. During the sale process, Kyle held a steady hand through some difficult negotiations and got us to the closing table with the best outcome. I would highly recommend working with Kyle on the sale or purchase of your next property.
