I’ve been a loyal patient at this practice for over 9 years, coming every 2 months without fail. Over the past week, I’ve emailed multiple times trying to get help with a medication that should not be stopped abruptly, and I’ve received no response at all. I was told by staff there were samples available, so I made a 3-hour trip to the office — only to be told there were none. I have been seeing Dr. Scarborough for years now. He and his staff go out of their way to make sure I am well taken care of. Over this time both my wife and daughter have started to use him as well and we're all quite pleased with their service and knowledge. Highly recommended! I'm so glad I heard about Family Life Medical.
He listens. His staff is great. He takes time and explains things well. Works hard to get the right help for you.
Dr Scarborough has the Best Staff I have ever experienced at a Doctor's office!! They are all friendly and very efficient . Dr Scarborough as well as all the other providers are great. My husband likes to see Dr Scarborough and I see Dr Seymour and we both are very happy with our care.
Wonderful Dr. and staff in the office. Some difficulty when calling the office regard reason for appointment. Was resolved before ending the call. We will continue to see Dr. Scarborough.
DO NOT USE HIM. Dealing with Dr. Scarborough is exhausting and I truly believe he is losing his marbles. He was my doctor for over 10 years but the past 2-3 years have been terrible. Since then I have refused to see/deal with him at all cost and only ever booked appointments with his NPs. He does not listen AT ALL to questions or concerns leading to wrong medications prescribed, he has also missed my televisit appointment before and been an hour late to another one I had.
