This is one of the most beautiful communities in the neighborhood. The homes are exquisitely designed, and the community is just the right size to feel intimate and inviting.
Just want people to know if you've ever walked in a tri pointe door, without a realtor with you, 1, 5, or 10 years before, and then come later with a realtor. They will not pay your realtor at least at that community. Its not fair but that's what they do. The two stars are for management. The great sales guy Jonathon deserves 5, but upper management deserves zero. Just fyi !

When looking for a home, we searched up multiple builders around the area and after visiting multiple homes, we were enamored by the beauty of the Tri Pointe Arrow Peak houses. We were immediately able to envision ourselves living in one of these homes and as a result, we decided to go with this builder.
