I love that they don’t overbook and when I’m with Dr Parish, he doesn’t seem to be in a giant hurry. He’s interesting what’s going on with you. I also love that when I message through the app, he or his staff get back to me quickly and are willing to do whatever they can to help.
I have seen Dr Parish for several years. Never was terribly impressed with his staff but today was the last straw. I made this appointment specifically to have lab work done. The scheduler and I had an indepth conversation about it. I get there to be informed they don't do labwork on Thurs. I wait and wait until 20 min past my appointment time without a word from anyone. I left. I had fasted and spent and hour and a half driving to, waiting and driving back to work for nothing. I won't be back.
Dr. Parish is patient, understanding, professional and has never made me feel rushed. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to change PCPs or is new to the area and looking to establish with one. His staff and nurses are all just as amazing !
