Excellent property management company... very prompt , cooperative and courteous. They were very professional in both managing the properties as well as getting it sold later.
Kyle and the company has been managing my property in Portland, Oregon for almost 9 years now and there have been no problems. They do all the screenings of the tenants and deal with them direct. Every year they give me my tax documents and all the cashflow for maintenance which has been very helpful come tax time. I highly recommend Kyle. Michelle Hayes helped me to sell my house.
