I would like to take this time to point out that while I did have a great initial visit and he seemed very kind and had a great bedside manner that changed pretty quickly. My mother had an appointment with Dr Mangels at 1pm and we were told by the office to come in early to fill out new patient paperwork. We actually made it to the appointment half an hour early and we got done with the paperwork within 10 minutes. We had been waiting for 30 minutes when my mom decided to get up and ask the front desk what was going as far as the wait.
