Kyle is the absolute best!! We’ve worked with Kyle for almost three years in search of the perfect home, and we truly couldn’t have done it without him. Kyle was instrumental in making this whole process as close to stress free as buying a house can be. We were expecting so much more stress and we had such an amazing group of people helping us and Kyle led the way. And most importantly, Kyle is just a great human. We love working with people who we would also want to be friends with and Kyle is the embodiment of that.
Kyle is great. He knows more about the process and market more than anyone I have ever worked with. As a father himself he understands how to work with families and gives his input on pros and cons of each property. He is the opposite of pushy. He understands the goal is to find everyone the perfect home for them and not just shove them in a home that may not be perfect for them. If I ever have the need for a real estate agent in the future or if anyone asks for a recommendation, Kyle will be my only answer.
You can't find a better realtor, person, or team anywhere else! . Kyle was absolutely amazing! He was so patient and not pushy. He truly listened to everything we wanted and was a fast communicator. When it came time to close kyle and his team got everything done from offer to keys in 16 days! Every single person on his team from the inspector, to mortgage broker, to closer were all phenomenal and I couldn't have pictured a smoother process! Thank you so much!
Kyle is the BEST! Kyle is awesome to work with. He is on top of everything and is always quick to answer any questions with superior knowledge and expertise! I would highly recommend him to anyone that is buying or selling a home.
