We worked Kyle, looking at every property in St. Pete LOL. He never waivered or became frustrated with us. He always brought a smile and energy to the experience. He has an amazing eye for what is possible. His vision was pivotal in us seeing the value in the home we ultimately purchased. Lets face it... in this market, you need to have vision. I think Kyle saw what often we were not able to. It was very helpful to hear his ideas. We will continue to use Kyle as our realtor.
