Dr. French is always easy to talk to.
Dr French is very patient knowledgeable and sincerely interested in my questions. He communicates on my level and takes sufficient time to address my issues.
This was a routine visit with Dr. French. As usual, I received excellent care. He and his staff were courteous and very professional. He also takes the time to listen to any concerns. I'm pleased with the care that I've gotten and get from him and his staff. I recommend him to others.
Under the circumstances of the virus it was nice to have a face to face with Dr French. And I appreciate all the precautions for all. Thank you.
I called when I got to the parking lot, the lady that answered didn’t give her name ( not Rebecca or Tracy ) advised that someone would come to take my temperature shortly, 30 minutes later I got out of my vehicle to ask someone if I had been forgotten, she told me that they didn’t know I was there. Rebecca came right out to get me and apologized profusely for me being left in the parking lot for so long. Dr. French and his staff was very helpful at our appointment, during a stressful time in our world. They took very good care of us from the time we enter the parking lot & into the exam room. Very grateful to have a person like him in the medical profession.

Dr. French took time to answer all my questions. Wait time was short and everyone was very friendly and helpful.
The staff is always friendly and courteous. Dr. French takes the time to make you feel comfortable and hear your complaints.
I think Dr French is a wonderful Dr. He is very patient and understanding with his patients, especially his elderly patients. Dr. French also makes sure that his patients fully understand why they may need a prescription, or why they don’t need a prescription. Or why they may need a test performed or why they do not need a test performed. Dr French is a thorough Doctor and a truly caring Doctor. I would gladly choose him for my Primary Doctor, if he was accepting new patients. I would also recommend Dr French to any friends ... read more
