This was a routine visit with Dr. French. As usual, I received excellent care. He and his staff were courteous and very professional. He also takes the time to listen to any concerns. I'm pleased with the care that I've gotten and get from him and his staff. I recommend him to others.

I called when I got to the parking lot, the lady that answered didn’t give her name ( not Rebecca or Tracy ) advised that someone would come to take my temperature shortly, 30 minutes later I got out of my vehicle to ask someone if I had been forgotten, she told me that they didn’t know I was there. Rebecca came right out to get me and apologized profusely for me being left in the parking lot for so long. Dr. French and his staff was very helpful at our appointment, during a stressful time in our world. They took very good care of us from the time we enter the parking lot & into the exam room. Very grateful to have a person like him in the medical profession.
