I have been going to Dr. French for almost 10 years and am very happy with the care I receive from him and his team. Dr. French takes the time to listen and he explains treatment options in a way that I understand.
Our family sees Dr. French and he is there when needed. Office staff is friendly and the on-site lab is fantastic. We've been patients over 10 years and he works great with specialists.
Dr. French has always taken his time and listened to all concerns. He respects what you have to say and provides excellent care.

Was told today, when calling to make my first appointment since COVID began, that they couldn't find me in the system, that I wasn't a patient, followed by inferences regarding whether or not I KNEW who my physician was AND if I knew my own name. I WAS a patient for 4 years. I AM now almost out of my HBP medication. The woman on the phone was dismissive, rude, and lacked any amount of concern. I am very happy with the care I receive from Dr French and his staff. He always listens to my concerns and asks questions. I would recommend him highly.
Dr. French and his staff are friendly and efficient. Of course, during the pandemic, things are just a little bit more involved during a clinic visit. However that does not keep Dr. French and staff from taking care of the medical business at hand in a prompt and proficient manner.
