I have been waiting over a year now for resolution on a simple matter and have been brushed off every time I've tried to speak with someone about it, including Kyle. I was never pushy, nor rude, demanding or impatient. I have cut my losses, but still wanted to share the experience I had with Kyle Farr Aesthetics + Wellness. Hopefully, no other clients will experience the same in the future.
Lisa is incredible! This is the 2nd time I have seen her in a little over a year. She is not pushy and is 100% honest about what you need. The first time I went in February 2022 I received some Dysport for my 11's and lip filler. I went back today for a Dysport/Botox touch up after a very stressful time in my life and thought I would need a lot more than what Lisa recommended - even something I suggest she advised I wait on.
