I'm very grateful, as a friend referred me to Dr. Dotson's office, and, I have to say, it was a pleasant experience. The doctor and his entire staff were very friendly and thorough with my eye care. I would, highly, recommend their services.
Dr Dotson was very nice and thorough but his assistant Ashley was beyond rude and lacks customer service skills. I was told by her the night of my exam that left me there over 2 hours was out by 6:30 pm due to dilation of my eyes which has never been done in all of my years of going to an eye doctor. My family has gone here for 20 years. We've always been treated extremely well including addressing uncommon eye care needs. I would highly recommend Dr. Dotson and his staff.
I have been seeing Dr. Dotson for over 30 yrs. Had a couple yrs where my insurance wouldn't pay so went to 2 other optometrists. Neither one took the care and time as Dr. Dotson. His staff is also helpfull and nice. True Customer Service!
I became a patient of Dr. Dotson in 1977 soon after my daughter was born, now all three of my children and grandchildren are patients of Dr. Dotson. He has proven to be an excellent doctor for my family and the families of my children. Forty-five years of great service and working with a wonderful staff.
