This practice is so uncoordinated, it’s scary. They can’t even give right fax number. I called and got a fax number to get the referral faxed. First of all, the guy in the phone couldn’t pronounce my name. I can understand that, but he started laughing in a degrading way. Then the guy gave me a number. Referral was faxed.
