Dr. Kroft was wonderful. Kind and patient and knowledgable. Everyone who helped us was so kind.
This doctor is very rude, she asked my wife how she is doing, and my wife response was " I'm okay, how about you?" the doctor (Kyla M Krofta, MD) was like "I'm better than you". It was not a joke, she didn’t say I'm kidding, she didn’t apologize. I get so frustrated when I see such doctor how supposed to have the ideal behaver when dealing with patients. If there was something less than one star I would choose
