Our cleaner arrived on time with all of the required equipment. She was professional and friendly. She worked without interruption, cleaning all of the areas thoroughly. We were very happy with Raquel's service and would highly recommend.

Worst cleaner I’ve ever experienced. Show up 45 minute late, in pyjamas, with no tools of supply for a move-out clean. The man spend time on phone and smoking on our balcony with door open, which is against the strata bylaws. Had to get the unit re-cleaned as they did poor job.
We made the mistake of hiring this company without reading these reviews. We booked them for a “deep clean” for our apartment that is less than 500sq ft. Minimum hours were 3. Mom and daughter duo showed up on time but that was the only positive thing in our entire experience. Daughter spent an hour on the washroom which was fine, except it wasn’t cleaned properly so the mom spent more than hour again cleaning the washroom. This has to be the worst place to deal with. Owner/Operator is unprofessional & downright nasty! Even 1 star is too many.
