We recently used Kyla Kleaning for a move-out clean of our apartment. Overall, the experience was okay, but a bit mixed. To start with the positives — what was cleaned was done very well. The standout was the patio/balcony, which looked fantastic and was probably the best part of the entire clean. Some of the main surfaces inside were also handled well, and you can tell care was put into certain areas. Three NO shows for which they tried to bill me for. When one cleaner finally showed up she had NO cleaning products or equipment and left without finishing the job. This company tried to bill me AGAIN 8 months later, claiming I hadn’t paid my bill when I had and was able to proof it! I’m a senior and thankfully with it enough to figure this out but how many others could be fooled by this scam? This company needs to be investigated by authorities!!!
Unreliable, unprofessional and whoever is on the administrative side is atrocious at scheduling multiple times had cleaners show up when they were not supposed to and they tried to charge me for their scheduling errors. Terrible communication.
