i went in for a dermatology referral for my acne and she kept insisting i didn’t need it and that my skin was fine, even though i’ve suffered from severe cystic acne since middle school. she then went out to the lobby and told her coworkers that i was asking for a referral even though i didn’t need it and was making fun of me!!! also told her i had tonsil stones and she basically ignored me. WORST DOCTOR EVER!!!!!!!!

I went in to review results of chest xray. 4mm spot on my lung radiology recommends ct scan. Kyi refused, said we will watch it. Also rash in my hair and face now in my eyes, swollen and oozing. She said put some Aveeno cream on it. I said it's in my eye. She never looked, just said, " yes, a little Aveeno cream will clear it up".

It's 4:06 pm, Monday. I've been calling since 1:30pm. The phone just keeps ringing and ringing and ringing....seriously, NO ONE IS PICKING UP THE PHONE! It's not a public holiday. Their hours are M-F, 7:3-5:00. Why is no one answering the phone? There isn't even a voicemail I could leave a message for them to call me back! What kind of medical office is this??!!
