I broke a very important necklace charm of mine and called ahead to see if they could fix what I broke. The lady was extremely nice and told me because of the type of medal that is used, they wouldn’t be able to fix it. I went in anyways just hoping and I’m glad I did! Same answer stood but that didn’t stop them from helping me! They took off what broke and clamped it together. It’s not 100% fixed as they said, it would only be a temporary fix. Went in to see if they could polish a Tiffany & Co vintage money clip. They couldn’t but gave me a card referring me to a place that does and gave me a silver cleaning cloth no charge. I have an engagement ring and 2-3 diamonds fell out. This was in 2021. I came here. First time I’ve ever had to fix jewelry. I got my engagement ring fixed before my big wedding day. When I got my ring I was NOT pleased. They put tinier diamonds in them that were there originally. I will post pictures so you can see the difference. I’m not too sure.
