I really like this store. I've gotten several repair services, including bails changed on pendants, chain clasp solders fixed, and bails resized. Very good pricing on repair services, and they are always happy to clean my chains and helped me get my ring size. Everyone is very nice, and they have a very nice inventory to browse. Definitely my go to local store. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!
Friendly and helpful. You never feel pressured to over-buy and the prices are very reasonable. Often, tiny repairs or adjustments are done with no charge. Wonderful store, all around.
Couldn't repair my sterling silver bracelet but had some beautiful clocks in there. Were kind to send me to a different jewelry that could fix it.
I always go there to get the battery changed in my watches. I love kynnsThey’ve been here so long and I hope they never close.
