Took some of my wife’s jewelry to get polished/cleaned. These ladies are always so accommodating and friendly. Randy does some great work and has repaired jewelry for me in the past. They were nice enough to provide me a cloth to clean silver and just around nice salt of the earth people. Thank you very much for your help today.
I really like this store. I've gotten several repair services, including bails changed on pendants, chain clasp solders fixed, and bails resized. Very good pricing on repair services, and they are always happy to clean my chains and helped me get my ring size. Everyone is very nice, and they have a very nice inventory to browse. Definitely my go to local store. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!
Couldn't repair my sterling silver bracelet but had some beautiful clocks in there. Were kind to send me to a different jewelry that could fix it.
Friendly and helpful. You never feel pressured to over-buy and the prices are very reasonable. Often, tiny repairs or adjustments are done with no charge. Wonderful store, all around.
Always been happy with everything I’ve taken there for repair, serviced or purchased. 👍
