Front desk staff were great per usual. However my appointment started at 2:30 and I was put in a room and left there until I finally decided to get up and leave and I was in my car by 4. I waited there and was not seen by a physician or checked on by a nurse, not once while sitting there. I was also supposed to have surgery with this physician in a couple of weeks and still had never met him before either so a quick introduction would’ve made all the difference. Avoid this place. If I could, I would give it zero stars. I came to the clinic after two years of infertility. Dr. Veloudis sat down with us in his office and with absolutely no examination diagnosed me with PCOS. I have no PCOS symptoms, but okay. Decided to try a medicated, monitored cycle. Get my prescription and take it, come in for the ultrasound. Dr. and nurse come in, rush the ultrasound, Doc says "Yep you're about to ovulate" and then just leaves the room with no further instructions so I'm just sitting there in the ... read more

Dr. Veloudis is the doctor to see when dealing with infertility issues! He took the best steps needed with me to figure out what the issues were and we had a successful IVF procedure. He is very knowledgeable and consistent with his treatment plans. He also doesn't rush through his appointments. Highly recommend!
