First, the stylist was not thorough with the wash at all. I did not say anything. Next when it was time to put my hair in rollers, she was rushing to comb through my poorly washed hair barely using water, ripping through my ends. I explained to her that more conditioner and water needs to be used because I have really curly low porosity hair. She gaslit me saying that it seems like she’s ripping it because my hair is dry. Love love love. They really took the time to take care of my hair. As someone with scalp eczema it was nice to have them take their time in cleaning my scalp. My scalp feels so clean! Plus the blowout was laid. Highly recommend.
