1st appointment got canceled because I didn't respond in time which I take blame for. Rescheduled for 2 days out. Spoke to her the day my 1st appointment was canceled, spoke to her the day before my rescheduled appointment then spoke to her the day of my appointment and she canceled because I didn't respond even though she texted me around 1050am I responded to confirm then she texted me around 12pm(on my lunch break) and I didn't respond til around 2pm.
