Lived in my current apartment for almost 7 years now. First 6 years had tolerable service, at best. Average apartments; nothing special with acceptable upkeep for the building's age. New tenant recently moved in above me roughly 3 months ago. I have since called to complain about excessive noise 6+ times in the past 3 months. Poor customer service you have a complaint. Everything is done over the phone, management seem uncaring about their tenants issues, special when complaining about poor service and compensating when it's their fault.

KWK management llc is not very nice to their association members. We were out of hot water because the boiler broke (meanwhile this isn’t the first time), I sent a maintenance request and yes I was slightly frustrated because I wanted to shower in the morning before work. It took over 12 hours to repair. We pay over $500 per month, a special assessment of 6800 per owner was charged and was suppose to end December 2022. I highly suggest not to rent from this place, there are racist lady name sue is really rude she talks to people like they are trash. They call you private and take forever to return calls property don't have cameras cars get broken into. they pick and choose who can have pets. there prices are to much for old fashion looking apartments. over all TRASH! starting from the people who show you apartments to the owner who owns them they are all TRASH. they just want your money !
