I’ve been living here in the West Hartford location since November and I couldn’t be happier. Any issue that has risen has been fixed right away by maintenance quickly. It’s quiet and I love it here. The bad reviews are sad to see. I can attest to the West Hartford location, it’s truly great. I’m happy living here with my two kids.
Zero Stars. Highland St West Hartford. I did not like this place at all. We had mice in the house and it was hard to get rid of them, they came in through the fireplace. This building is very old, windows are in very bad conditions and the noise level from neighbors is very bad, you gonna hear a lot of disturbing noises from each side. This place is total disaster
7 South Highland Street - This is the worst place so far I was rented, noise level is on high level, hardwood floors is a disaster, your every single foot step is gonna make a lot of squeaking so you will be noisy for neighbor below your unit and neighbor above you makes a lot of noise for you. There is no insulation on the ceiling between you and neighbor above you so you gonna hear very heavy and loud foot steps, you gonna hear every conversation, tv, etc. The owner didn't do anything about it. Lived in my current apartment for almost 7 years now. First 6 years had tolerable service, at best. Average apartments; nothing special with acceptable upkeep for the building's age. New tenant recently moved in above me roughly 3 months ago. I have since called to complain about excessive noise 6+ times in the past 3 months. This is excessive noise and banging all hours of the night to the point that I'm unable to sleep, items I had hanging on my wall have fallen off and broken, and I can hear TV or yelling/arguing from ups... read more
Poor customer service you have a complaint. Everything is done over the phone, management seem uncaring about their tenants issues, special when complaining about poor service and compensating when it's their fault.
