Great service, totally in home. Very prepared – I called Panasonic for service on my new plasma TV. I set the service up with them for 2 days later. Later that day, i got a call from Kwik, confirming the problem, and letting me know they were going to order a part. The next day, the part arrived in the morning, and Kwik said they could have someone out that afternoon. They came out, installed the parts, and got my TV going! All in less than 2 days!! Very good service!

Avoid at all costs! – I have purchased 2 50+ inch lcd hdtvs and both have had problems, each time the warranty departments for samsung and for sharp have referred me to Kwik Service. Both TVs were kept for an unreasonable amount of time, many many weeks, months in one case, and warrant extensive phone calls to find out the status. Both TVs have been delivered to me with EXACTLY THE SAME PROBLEM AS BEFORE! Kwik Service claims that the TVs are fixed, but they aren't, and they actually argue with you that there isn't a problem.... read more

DAVE HAS THE TOOLS – dave is the tv man .......fixed my 11 yr old big screen in no time.... this guy knows his sh!t.........

Great Service – I called Kwik Service Electronics to have my Large 36" Sony to be serviced the lady I talked to on rhe phone was very helpful and friendly I think her name was Lisa they were here the next day and the service tech could not fix rhe set in my home but they were here the next day to pick it up and the two guys were also very nice. I got a call the next day from the technician who was working on my set who's name I believe was Ray and he explained to me the problem with my set (he was also very nice) and told me... read more

Grade "A" Customer and Tech support!!!!!! – I had taken my 6 year old Panasonic bigscreen to them. It wouldn't turn on just a blinking light on the front. The front desk person took my formation and told me that it would be just a couple days and someone would be calling me with an est. I came home for lunch the next day and had a message to call Kwik about the TV. I found it very easy to talk to the tech about the set and what the failure was. I approved the est. and picked it up 2 days later.....That was 2+ years ago......... read more

Best Consumer Electronics Service – I was highly impressed with Kwik. They work on pretty much every manufacturer, most extended warranties, and work well around my schedule. i've used them on several occasions and have never been let down. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!

Above and Beyond – It's getting harder to find knowledgable TV repair technicians these days! I was having problems with my big screen TV, so I started calling around to find a company that could offer me fast, dependable service. To make a long story short - I ended up calling Kwik Service and was very impressed. I called their office on a Tuesday afternoon and had a technician at my house the next day. User review by kwiktvsucks – I bought a $3000 samsung DLP, it arrived DOA. Samsung gave me kwik tv's number. They trouble shot the problem over the phone, said it was a bad lamp & they had to order 1 & it may be 10 days before it came in. So I bought a lamp myself & had it overnighted, the lamp was not the problem!
