Alex came up 10 minutes after he started maintenance on my furnace with news I did not want to hear. I need a new furnace. He showed me videos of the problems and was very helpful and sympathetic. We needed our kitchen sink rodded and another plumber said it could not be done because we didn’t have an access point (which has been rodded before!! And this (was only way home warranty would cover per that plumber). After almost canceling warranty they sent you guys for. 2nd opinion even after escalation dept closed my claim.
