Terry was out to replace our insta-hot water dispenser. We’ve had him a few times and he is old school work ethic. I would recommend him every time. Some mix up on what I thought was supposed to be completed and the pricing. Look closely and make sure that you understand what you expected and what is written down.

I do not recommend this company. They were engage by the warranty company to resolve a plumbing issue. Couldn’t do it the first time but promised that another technique would work ( for which I had to pay out of pocket). In the meantime they told the warranty company that this was a maintenance issue and therefore it was now not covered. Came out the second time and only made things worse. Andy Hernandez was the technician that came to do my annual maintenance on my furnace and I can't say enough good things about this young gentlemen. Very knowledgeable and caring, which showed as soon as he stepped into my house, he was ready to throw on those booties but mostly he made sure I understood what he noticed and what was completed.

Dane and trainee( didn’t get his name) were very nice and fixed the furnace and had our heat on in a very short time. Was very polite and considerate. Great experience, we will continue to call Rosenthal!
