Kwik Serv Plumbing is an amazing company. First, I would like thank Gina who works in the office. She was amazing. Very courteous and sweet. She assisted me with scheduling the installation and answered all of my questions. Gina also assisted me with scheduling the Village of Buffalo Grove for the final inspection. Alex A and Ampeilo were the two that replaced my waterheater, they did a very nice job and cleaned up after themselves great job thank you. Also to Mary Helen thank you and to the whole entire team, including Gina.
My technician was on time very informative. I wasn’t home at the time of the visit, but he stayed in contact with me over the phone explained everything to me sent me pictures of the problem very helpful person.
Andy H was professional and efficient. Came in to diagnose a humidifier issue. Resolved the problem quickly and showed me how to help avoid the problem in the future. Thank you for a quick and successful response.
