As a Realtor, I use Mark for a house I own, and refer him to my clients. I deal exclusively in Plantation Acres, so these lawns are huge, and need time. Mark is easy to reach, and he will rectify any problems. I recently referred him to a house my boyfriend owns, and he did a great job on a complete makeover! I am overly cautious on who I refer to my clients who are single ladies. You will feel safe with Marks group, either he or his son are there to supervise the crew.
