This is a pretty pathetic excuse for a oil change place of business!! I had to open my hood for them! I watched them TRY to change my oil filter on my diesel 6 different times!! then they left with the filter! I even asked the girl inside if they needed my help changing it! They come back 5 minutes later AND I THINK IT IS MY OLD ONE! I should have went and looked!! but they put it back in with no problems! changed my oil... then gave me a $180 bill for a oil change and filter change!! they charged me $60 for a fuel filter AN... read more
Takes way too long for a simple oil change. Asked how long it would be, told me 30min, took 1.5 hrs. Last time i go.
very discourteous, could careless about the customer, indifferent to customer complains they did finish the job they avertised, left us waiting for parts without telling us, and management was indifferent with a bad attitude when we called the manager.
