PLEASE... PLEASE don't take your vehicle here.. they have the absolute worse young kids working on YOUR car... no mechanics at all.. just kids or young people off the street... they jacked up my fuel filter on my diesel... they charged me $60 for a new one.. THEN PUT MY OLD ONE BACK ON.. they couldn't get the new one to fit.. they jacked up my filter gasket.. which ended up leaking over 1/2 tank of diesel before I caught it.. rain and sleet and snow is what it was dripping in or I would have found it earlier... took it back.... read more
This is a pretty pathetic excuse for a oil change place of business!! I had to open my hood for them! I watched them TRY to change my oil filter on my diesel 6 different times!! then they left with the filter! I even asked the girl inside if they needed my help changing it! They come back 5 minutes later AND I THINK IT IS MY OLD ONE! I should have went and looked!! but they put it back in with no problems! changed my oil... then gave me a $180 bill for a oil change and filter change!! they charged me $60 for a fuel filter AN... read more
Takes way too long for a simple oil change. Asked how long it would be, told me 30min, took 1.5 hrs. Last time i go.
Great service – I have been coming here for years. Great maintenance service. Never had an issue on dozens of visits. Always recommend services when needed but no manipulation. The dont work on commission. Had some mechanic work done there too and they were very helpful and undercharged for labor.
Went in for oil change, discussed service and price, but they upgraded me to a "premium oil" without notice or approval. Won't go back.
very discourteous, could careless about the customer, indifferent to customer complains they did finish the job they avertised, left us waiting for parts without telling us, and management was indifferent with a bad attitude when we called the manager.
WORST MECHANICS IN DENTON – I went there to get my oil changed. Well the next time i needed an oil change I went wal-mart. They told me the last place that changed my oil stripped my oil plug and they couldnt get it out. So I went back and asked them to repair what they had done. The shop manager told me he would call the owner and ask him. He came back and told me the owner said my car had to many miles since the last oil change and they would not be responsible.
