I have to say that every employee at Kwik Kar of Lucas went above and beyond the call of duty when I was getting my oil changed! I asked the young man to check underneath my truck as it was vibrating .... he found a broken drive shaft mount and inform the mechanic and the rest of the team who all jumped in to help and fixed it for me!!!! Amazing customer service! It saved me from breaking down out on the highway with my broken leg!! Thank you all very much!!

Mis quoting prices over phone to get you in store. And they inspected my wife's van when it wasn't when due for inspection...crooks! Went there twice and got the run around..NEVER going back
Fantastic customer service at Kwik Kar of Lucas!! I went in with no air conditioning and they found my freon leak, fixed the part, filled my freon and got my air conditioning back to 100% again, all while I waited!! They even offered to drive me home if I didn't want to wait!! How's that for awesome customer service! Complimentary coffee & water for you while you wait as well. Everyone is friendly and goes out of their way to assist you. Highly Recommend!!!
