This is absolutely the worst oil change business I have dealt with in my 40 years of driving. They left the oil plug out of the oil pan and called me after 10 minutes to stay parked 5 miles away. My car had already begun to make noises and lose power. When I stopped I took photos of the oil plug missing and the oil so low it didn't show up on the dipstick.
