Just went in for a simple oil change yesterday evening and for some reason my under carriage is now damaged on the drivers side because someone didn't take the time to put it back on correctly....not even screwed back in and it came to you guys screwed in. Considering it took 45 minutes I thought I would be good to go definitely disappointed in the service this time around considering I was going to come back to get my trans flushed. Great service
I had a great experience with Kwik Kar today. I called prior to get an "estimate" on how much I should expect to pay on my oil change for a car I purchased. They provided accurate pricing upfront, and there were no unexpected costs. The entire process was professional from start to finish. I will be returning to the additional services they recommended at a later date.
Simple state inspection but the place is clean and the guys seem knowledgeable, so considering them for other work I don’t want to tackle, including diagnostics and suspension work.
