RecommendedI got my oil changed at Kwik Kar Lube and Tune, after work today. I forgot my purse there when I left. It was close to closing time. The manager was kind enough to call me and let me know they found my purse. He even said the owner would wait for me to return. Great service! Honest people!!
I always go here and receive excellent service. They are never too busy to check my tires, add windshield fluid, whatever. It doesn't take long either!
I recently went in for an oil change and was having a nice conversation with the manager( I can't remember his name, but he had long hair and was super friendly) that works there. He was seriously one of the most friendly guys and has exceptional customer service skills. I mentioned to him that I think my alternator was bad and I had previously gotten a quote from city garage that was extremely high. This business need some better management techniques. It's pretty ghetto, and the car wash is mothballed. There are cameras all over the place. They try to upsell everyone on getting a "engine flush" because their oil "looks really dirty". This should only be done if there's been some kind of contamination in the engine. Otherwise it's just a useless service. I guess if you really like this place, you must be ghetto too. Not that there's anything wrong with that!
This place is wonderful I come here to get my oil changed and as a single mother I haven't had heat in my car for about 6 months came here and steve diagnosed the problem gave me a quote to replace the part I came back today and he replaced it and got my heat up and running again I must say I've always been skeptical of these places they try and get u for ur money but not this place they are about the customers and make sure u leave satisfied and that I was steve is a awesome tech and knows his stuff I deff will recommend u ... read more
The new manager, Steve, will keep this branch running smoothly. He also happens to speak GM fluently, which is what I drive. Just yesterday my "Engine Hot" prompt came up. I took it there. Inside of an hour and a half, the problem was diagnosed, the thermostat delivered and installed, and I was on my way. Thanks guys!
