All the guys on the team were awesome! Super polite, helpful and incredibly efficient. My service took less than 15 minutes. I’ll definitely be back.
First, they did not reset the oil percentage, then the man said they rotated the tires and had to reflect the tires to make the adjustments from front to rear. He told me to drive a little bit in the sensor light will go off. After I get home, I get a notification on the dashboard saying that both rear tires are low and front tires are overcharged. Completely disgusted with this company. I reported this to my dispatch because this is a company vehicle and it was done through Enterprise warranty
Excellent customer service, reliable work, and fast. This location is my favorite and I will be back. I feel like I get better service here than I do at the dealership.
I have had the pleasure of taking my old well traveled car to Kwik Kar over the last 2.5 yrs. The staff is wonderful, polite, kind, efficient, honest and knowledgable. Exceptional communication skills are so evident with all the staff. I highly recommend. THANK YOU ALL!
