IF you can't tell the difference between where the oil goes and transmission fluid goes you SHOULDN'T be in business. And then tell someone that "NOISE" is your "PUMP"? REALLY? Uhmmm yeah, wouldn't trust you to fix a tricycle.
Went there for a oil change and the employee cleaning the windows opened the driver door causing it to hit the wall so hard I heard from the inside causing it to chip the paint when I told the manager about he said it did not happen I do not recommend this place that is not the way you conduct business.
I went in to get what I thought was a new belt. I was told that my Tensioner was loose and that their mechanic wasn't there. I leave my car overnight and around 8:10 I get a call that the repair will be 100 dollars to fix. Sometime later I get a call that supposedly my Tensioner fell off and that the bolt is broken off in my engine. This is a 1100 dollar plus repair that they can't even do. They guarantee their work for a year, but they forgot to mention that the year was at their discretion. They go by the date that is convenient for them. Upon their recommendation I had my ac belt changed on 3/17/17. It broke a couple of days ago. I went up to the shop to have it replaced since it was still covered for the one year guarantee. These guys put in whatever oil they want and charge you!!! I had this problem in July and complained for them using High Mileage Synthetic oil and charging me $60 for an oil change. Chris took it there this morning, not realizing the drama from July, and they did it again!!! Never asked him what type of oil change or what type of oil. The manager told me since that was the oil they put in last time they just thought they should use the same oil.
