By being honest and understanding english
Went there today and I cannot say enough nice things. The woman working the counter was so nice and educated me on something I did not know. Work was done effectively and correctly. Most impressive they did not try and sell me anything I did not want/need unlike most places they honored their coupon and even let me keep it to use again. Highly recommend.
2 hours for an oil change with car in shop for over an hour never had to wait like this first and last time at this location very frustrating
The manager here (Malcolm) is awesome! No one enjoys needing repairs on your car, but Malcolm makes it as painless as possible. I own two used vehicles that inevitably require work from time to time. From A/C to brake repairs, Malcolm has always been honest with repairs and fair with costs. I keep coming back for a reason.
