This establishment has improved so much under the current management. They are always helpful, knowledgeable and provide top tier service. Encouraging the confidence to return time and time again.
Probably the worst experience i have ever had with a shop. Stopped in for an alignment and tire balance at 8AM, first customer in, tech stated it would be about an hour... that's reasonable, I am more than happy to wait that. The hour comes and goes, actually blows by.... 2 hours in, the shop tech comes in and let's me know he's sorry for the wait, they are wrapping up now..... 45 minutes later, I ask if they are near finished, a new tech enters, tells me they are having to "tighten the chambers under my car, and that takes ... read more
