Always a pleasant visit when needing an oil change. Very helpful, friendly, and cares about your time...so never a long wait / stay.

This is a quality team starting at the customer service desk right through to the service bays. Extremely friendly & great definition of reasoning for service. The job was done right and ready to drive away prior to the suggested time. I'm glad to know a quality group exist just a few blocks down the road.
They "fixed" my jeep and took a part out without telling me, thus screwing me out of my free warranty repair!! What should have been free cost me over $400!
If you're going to take things apart during a State Inspection (to show me my air filter is dirty)... the least you could do is put it all back together. I declined the filter change and when I get home I notice that NONE of the bolts were put back in. It was just sitting in place. I've been going there for Inspections in the past... but no more.
I have been coming here since 1996. They have been working on my cars and keeping them serviced for a long time. I receive excellent service above and beyond. As a woman it is reassuring to know you're dealing with honest and trustworthy mechanics and you are Not being overpriced and taken advantage of. My brother who works on cars but not abke to come to my aid has always agreed with their diagnostics and prices. Support your locally owned business that takes care of You!
