So I go to this Kwik Kar for a $35 platinum wash yesterday which include floor mat wash. After wash I find they not only did not clean the rear floor mats, but managed to loose one of retaining devices on driver side floor mat. So I complain to manager and she goes to investigate. An hour later she tells me to fill out a form and she will call me at close of business today or early tomorrow. Have been to this murphy location numerous times and satisfied with services received. ( all were for inspections). Today is a different story. Very unhappy that I was told a repair needed to be done in order for my vehicle to pass inspection, when the issue was not a safety concern and had nothing to do with my vehicle passing. An unnecessary expense of $300 today on a repair that could have been done at a later date and location of my choosing. Went there with no appointment. Told the guy I need an oil change. 2 people ahead of me, 15 minutes later I'm headed home. I'm definitely taking my car back here the next time I need an oil change.
I would recommend Kwik Kar to anyone and everyone. Hard working, honest, family run business keeps my family coming back time and time again.
The service was easeful, personable, and efficient.
