Red flags here, AVOID at all costs. - Vehicle dropped off. Diagnostic started. Phone conversation, Joe refused to email the bid of the quoted work. Diagnostic was charged already, I was put in a no win situation, approve without seeing the bid or pick up car without a fix. Approval to complete work was made verbally over the phone. Came to the shop for a check engine light paid a diagnostic. They call me back two hours later and told me what the issue was. I go to pick up my car, Check engine light still on came back the next day they gave me attitude like I didn’t just pay $500 to get my car fixed. Told me that I had to wait six hours it was first come first serve.After awhile they looked at my car, still couldn’t figure out the problem. Quick service. No line today. I asked about an inspection, and I was able to get good advice (I was trying to get it done early while I have the week off, but the tech I spoke with recommended that I come back next month or it could cause problems when I went to renew my registration in a couple of months).
