I've been disappointed by the service at this location twice in the past year. The first issue was that after an oil change the air box was not closed properly and thus made a lot more noise. It took a while to find the problem so it was irritating for some time. More recently, I took a vehicle in whose inspection sticker was expiring. They were extremely nice and the state inspection was fairly cheap. I had a couple cars in front of me so had a little wait, but coming close to closing time and them taking my car anyways really impressed me. I had great customer service there.

Very bad customer serivce, the people there were very rude and most importantly they are not well informed on their information about the laws. would not recommend this place to anyone in the tyler area.

I took my car in for a state inspection. The owner inspected the car as well as checking all of the fluids as part of his service. Nice guy. I was impressed.

Kwik Kar on South Broadway in Tyler, Texas offered an oil change for $32.99. I called them on the phone and they confirmed it was "starting at $32.99" I dropped off my Toyota Camry and asked them to use Castrol.10W30. I told the tech that wrote my service order that I did not want any filters or other extra fluids, no other service. There was no mention of an upc-harge for the Castrol.
