SOO I DROP MY CAR OFF TO GET FIX IM CALLING ABOUT MY CAR THE LADY IN THE FRONT DESK NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE SOO I HAD TO WAIT TELL THE NEXT DAY TO GET MY CAR SO I ASK YOU DIDNT SEE ME CALLING SHE GO SAY DID YOU LEAVE A VOICEMAIL YES DO YOU THINK SHE CALL ME BACK NO SOO WHY ASK IF I LEFT A VOICEMAIL THEN SHE GAVE ME SOMEONE ELSE KEYS THATS WAS NOT MIND THEN WHEN IM LEAVING SHES OUTSIDE ON HER PHONE JUST UNPROFESSIONAL
Lady at the front desk is HORRIBLE for that business. I called to set up an appointment for wheels the guys in the Garage ALREADY QUOTED ME FOR!! Who said they CAN work with my wheels and quoted me for 165 a wheel. When I asked her for a sheet with the quoted amount she just said “If they said 165 it’s 165” sooooo she didn’t wanna print out the quote apparently. Janet at the front was so amazingly helpful!!!! She eased my worries and made the process quick and easy!! Thank you to Kwicksilver for saving me money!!!
I’m giving this 5 stars solely, because the guys in the garage who were able to help me. They were SUPER nice and helpful, BUT that lady they have at the front desk. I don’t know if she is having a bad day, but if you call and she answers just hang up and show up in person and go straight to the garage and ask for help. The lady up front is mean lol I hope she has a great weekend and next week is hopefully better for her.
I love this shop. They have always been so helpful and have kept my Tesla on the road! Janet is amazing. Thanks yall!!
