Went it right before closing and they were able to give me a quote and schedule me for a next day appointment to fix a curb rash on my model 3. The work was done quickly, pricing was very fair, and the staff were very professional. The lady working the front had her hands full with multiple customers but she was very professional and personable. 10/10 would recommend them!

The weld on my repaired rim failed 11 months and 4500 miles later, so I took my vehicle back under the 12 month warranty period they had offered and I had factored into my decision to repair rather than replace. They honored the warranty coverage on weld itself but charged me $30 to mount and balance the wheel — a service that would have been unnecessary had the weld not failed. These are the type of people you want to do business with. Transparent and thorough. I bent a rim on my car and they initially said ai would have to bring it in for them to look at it. My work schedule wouldn't work with doing that so they had me send over a picture. From the start they made it clear that they would try to fix it but because the bend was right in between the valve stem opening and one of the spikes that it may not be possible. I’m very impressed with this business. First of all, they were very accommodating when we needed to reschedule our appointment for an unexpected trip out of town for a funeral. Once we were able to bring the vehicle in, they were able to complete the wheel repair quickly. The repair was perfectly done and the price charged was extremely fair and exactly as quoted. Was very happy to see my wheels after they were re machined, before the rim had dents and did not look good but it looked perfect once it was done! Rims also look better thanks to the M stickers they supplied. Thanks Again
