My favourite walk in clinic! Thanks for all you do!
This was one of the worst walk-in clinic experiences I’ve ever had. First, the wait time was ridiculous — I waited over 45 minutes inside the check-up room after a medical assistant came in twice just to take notes. The staff were not friendly or helpful either. When the doctor finally arrived, she didn’t even do a proper check-up. I told her I had been sick and taking Advil and Tylenol for the past three days with no improvement, yet all she said was, “It’s a viral infection, continue the same and rest.” No real diagnosis, ... read more

Wasted my time. The one time I actually agree with all the previous doctors who have told me one month is not enough to heal my back pain this clinic argues to only be comfortable with 1 month. I kept trying to tell them about how many times I’ve hurt my back over the 15+ yrs of warehouse work and he just said no.
