Terrible experience. The doctor’s office tried to charge me cash just for writing a prescription — absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional! Never seen anything like this before. Feels like a scam. They only care about money, not patients. I’ll never go back and don’t recommend anyone to trust this place.

I booked a virtual appointment as instructed and showed up at the scheduled time. I waited for over an hour, but no one joined the call. I then called the clinic several times and could not get through. There was also no option to reply to the original email. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Patients should not be left waiting without communication, nor should it be this difficult to reach your team for support. DO NOT GO HERE. I scheduled a new patient meet-and-greet appointment for 2:10 PM. Following the clinic's directive, I arrived 15 minutes early, at 1:50 PM, to complete any administrative requirements. Upon arrival, I was directed to sign in via a tablet situated immediately next to the entrance, which created an immediate congestion hazard.
