This my first time at this particular Azul Eye Center, but just like the other locations, the staff and providers were great. Felt welcomed upon arrival, and my needs were handled with care. Highly recommended.
I only waited about 20 minutes from my appointment time till I saw Dr. Grant. He was thorough and did an excellent job explaining when he thought was wrong with me and avenues to fix the problems. The only negative I have is that now I have to wait another 8 weeks before I can be seen again to actually implement these solutions.
Dr. Grant, was very personable and he explained everything that I needed to know.
We came to an appointment for our disabled child. We had to wait in the lobby for almost an hour past the appointment time to be admitted. The nurse started an exam, but then came the doctor and rushed to wrap up the exam. We have now a little trust to the diagnosis and need to see a different provider.
