Professional and knowledgeable.
The front desk staff was unprofessional. I arrived with my mother and provided her name, but we were not greeted and werent told we were already registered. The staff continued talking among themselves instead of calling our name when we were ready to be seen. The doctor was dismissive and made us feel rushed. He continued speaking to my mother in English despite knowing that she only speaks Spanish.
