My pediatrician recommended his office as new parents we had a good visit doctor was very understanding and nice also his nurse.
Roberta and Leticia are very rude. I came to my children's appointment today and had my work laptop and my work things (my hands were full) Roberta kept being rude about putting a mask on which I was trying to do but my hands were full. I will not be coming back, my kids will be transferred to Beaver medical from now on! Roberta needs to be re-trained or just retire, dr kwasman losing patients because of Roberta!!
My child has been attending this office for years, originally with Dr. Mackey. I was sad to see him leave, but stayed at the office due to convenience and the fact that my child had no major medical concerns. We saw Dr. Kwasman many times and had okay experiences with both of my children. When a major medical event did happen, and my child needed referrals I was met with rudeness and disrespect from the office manager, and when I spoke to the doctor he was unwilling to write referrals, and hung up the phone on a crying mothe... read more
As new parents, we appreciate Dr. Kwasman and his staff for their help and attentiveness. If we have concerns they have always seen us to make sure baby is doing OK. So happy we have a pediatrician who truly cares!
He’s a great doctor
Kids had been going to Dr Kwasman since birth. Loved the doctor, but couldn't handle the rudeness of the office manager. Tried to adress the problems; however, the doctors were not able to fix the unprofessional attitude of the office manager Roberta.
Dr Kwasman is the best out there.I have been taking my two daughters to him for 9 years. The only problem I have is with the manager of the office Mrs Roberta! she is very rude and has put a strain on the relationship that we have with our Dr. I asked to speak with Dr Kwasman because of her attitude towards me and she said to me in a nasty tone well i can leave it for him, but i can't promise you he will respond to you! Im very disappointed with this office manager!
